Next Time You Fail: Have a Party

I read a book over the past few days: Innovate the Pixar Way. It’s applicable to virtually everyone, especially if you work with a team.

One important lesson: Celebrate your failures as much as your successes. Only, don’t see it as a failure, see it as learning.

Or see it as failure, but realize that despite what everyone tells you, and as Derek Sivers also explains here, failure is actually a good thing:
